By accessing or using the ClearMark Health platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClearMark Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing an educational and community platform for patients, practitioners, and researchers focused on chronic pathogen conditions and post-infectious syndromes. The Service includes symptom tracking, research translation, provider directories, and research program information.
3. Not Medical Advice

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of health data you submit. By using the Service, you grant ClearMark Health a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service. De-identified or aggregated data may be used for research with appropriate consent.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Submitting false health information or impersonating others.
- Scraping, harvesting, or commercially exploiting platform data without permission.
7. Research Participation
Participation in ClearMark Health research studies is voluntary and subject to separate informed consent documents. Enrollment does not guarantee acceptance into any study.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearMark Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
